Considered together

Recommended combinations

New car protection

Correction + PPF front + ceramic

Prepare the finish, protect the exposed front surfaces and simplify maintenance with a compatible coating.

Driven classic

Correction + coating

Refine only as much as the paint safely allows. Choose protection suited to the finish and how the car is driven.

Show car

Concours prep, conservation-first

Begin with originality and the event rules. Preserved finishes call for conservation, not automatic correction or coating.

A clear plan, from the start

How it works

  1. 01

    Paint evaluation

Your paint, its condition and your goals set the starting point.

  2. 02

    Written plan & quote

A defined scope, a personal quote and an agreed timeline.

  3. 03

    The work

Careful preparation, with progress updates and photos.

  4. 04

    Handover & care guide

Review the finish together and leave with a plan to care for it.

The standard

One craftsman.
No shortcuts.

I am the craftsman responsible for every car. I do not rush the preparation or hide the condition of the paint behind a finish.

I measure paint before I polish it. Single-stage paint and clearcoat need different decisions, and original finishes deserve restraint. The aim is the right result for the car, not the most aggressive process.

Before we begin

Your questions

Is ceramic coating worth it?

It can be worthwhile if you value easier washing and sustained gloss. It is not a substitute for washing, and it does not stop rock chips. The right choice depends on your paint, how you drive and how you maintain the car.

Coating vs PPF: which do I need?

Coating helps with gloss and maintenance. PPF provides a physical barrier against rock chips and road wear. They can be combined, with film on exposed areas and a compatible coating where appropriate.

Can you coat a classic or show car?

A driven classic may suit a coating or film. On a restored show car, I check the event and marque-club rules first. Preservation-class originals receive conservation cleaning instead of coatings. Original single-stage lacquer and chrome require particular restraint; over-polishing or over-chroming can cost judging points.

Do you work on exotics?

Yes. Preparation is based on the individual car, its materials, paint condition and intended use, rather than a one-size-fits-all package.

Where do you work?

San Diego and Southern California; location confirmed when you book. Mobile detailing is available for existing clients and select vehicles.

How do I get a quote?
